1. Quotes are based on normal turn around and deliveries.
2. Overnight shipping, rush fees and delivery costs may apply to expedited needs.
3. Work is done on a first come first serve basis. Rush jobs are available, additional charges may apply. Please be sure to communicate when you need the work.
4. Most proofs will be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving the request. If there is extensive work to be done, more time may be required.
5. There is a charge for hard copy proofs.
6. Accurate time is kept on all jobs, jobs are billed by the hour.
7. Once payment is received, final print ready files are released.
8. Images and stock art are extra, you will be notified of costs before purchases are made.
9. Revisions to files are billable time. 
10. Text messages are not accepted for changes, changes must be emailed.
11. No file is printed without email written approval.
12. Most production times can take as few as 1 but as many as 10 days or more to complete your job. You will be notified of production time.
13. You are responsible for final approval and if there is a mistake after printing, you are responsible for all charges including reprints.
14. Payments that are over 90 days are subject to a 3% late fee, charged per month.

Art Requirements for Production

1. To print clearly, all art should be at least 300 DPI at 100% of intended size.
2. Photos should be larger than 1 MB - jpeg, psd, tif files are accepted.
3. All illustration including logos should be submitted in vector format -.ai or .eps.
4. Web images are not acceptable.
